i found the room service prompt. the delivered meals were hot and well-presented. i ordered a late-night snack and it arrived within 25 minutes. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions to nearby attractions. i appreciated their knowledge of local restaurants.
the gym equipment is a bit old.

I found the room to be quite spacious, a real plus. i especially liked having two comfortable armchairs. This made relaxing in the room very easy. i also appreciated the valet parking service. They allowed me to leave my car there until 1 pm, even though checkout was at 11 am.
i did find the lighting system in the room somewhat confusing. it took a little while to figure out which switch controlled which light. better labeling or a simple guide might help.

The hotel has a fantastic location near Parliament House and treasury gardens. It was a short walk to Burke Street and Collin Street trams. The room offered the right amount of amenities.
The air conditioning was old, and the fan was quite loud. The beds were rock hard. The pillows flattened out too much. I found no extra pillows available. The cleaning staff turned off the air conditioning while I was out for lunch, the room was hot when I returned.
